    13. DeSagana Diop C Oak Hill HS If Diop falls this far, Rockets will snatch him.

    18. Troy Murphy F Notre Dame Best player on the board at this point gives Rockets needed size.

    23. Kirk Haston F Indiana Strong shooter gives Rockets bench scoring.

    I would be VERY happy with that.

    Lately, I've seen a lot of mocks having Diop falling, some of them even to our position. How come? I was under the impression he was moving up in the draft.

    I doubt Murphy will be around at 18, but if he is, this is a steal.

    I really would be ecstatic with Diop at that pick...and surprised if he was still there.
    If we moved up a few places and grabbed him,full speed ahead.Whoever we end up with,I think those picks will be either used to move up or in a trade for established talent.
    Murphy has nice skills and looks to be a fine role player in the NBA.That being said I would be unhappy if we ended up with him,as we need defense(and he doesn't bring it)
    and Haston...wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole.
    If the Rockets actually keep their picks as they are and end up with Diop at 13,I would deal the other two ASAP in a deal.

    I think Murphy is an improvement over Mo Taylor defensively and at 18 I would be very happy to get him if I was a Rocket fan. Diop would be an excellent pick. Kirk Haston would be stupid as **** if yall picked him. T Mo would be a much wiser choice.

    They also have Woods AND Haywood being selected ahead of Diop. I could understand Woods going ahead of Diop, but I would be VERY surprised if Haywood is selected before Diop.
