[MBA] Texas McCombs or UNC Kenan-Flagler

i got my ba & ma from ut and with all other things being equal go with ut, because of the tuition

 

I went to UNC for 2 years during my undergrad.

The campus is simply amazing. You're not gonna find anything quite like it in Texas. Everything is within a close proximity. (We used to walk to the bars/parties/back home). Plus, if you're a big basketball fan, obviously it's a small slice of heaven. It was refreshing being around people that shared the same passion for basketball as me.

Honestly, the only drawbacks I had about UNC was being far from home and the food. They have all the national chain restraunts, but pork is not BBQ!

 

Maybe, but this year, Texas made the Elite 8 and UNC couldn't get out of the second round.

 

That has nothing to do with the atmosphere surrounding the sport though. Going to the Duke/UNC was more fun for me than the Rockets Game 7 Championship game. It's unreal.

Plus, next year, watch out! Top recruiting class.. we'll see who goes further

 

Um, ok. Ever been to a UT football game? It was more fun for me than any Oilers/Texans game I've been to.
