    How do they select those? Does team performance count?

    I believe they do it by jersey sales and how many chicks they score in a season.

    I'm almost positive on that.

    I think that was changed in the new Collective Bargaining Agreement. But I'm not sure because I'm only up to page 125. :D

    Typically slanted towards winners and dominant individuals, highly biased towards "name" players.
