Well, it seems I've reached my 5000th post on this bbs. I thought I would take a moment to reflect on what this means to me. As many of you know, I'm married with a wife, kid, house, and full-time job. I don't get out much and I spend a lot of time on this bbs. The Clutchfans bbs is an excellent outlet and source of communication for me. It not only fosters my love for the Rockets, but it kindles my development as a Houstonian and as a human being. There are people here that I disagree with. Sometimes, I'll even swap rude jabs with people here. But I enjoy everything that I receive from this bbs and I am exceedingly thankful, not only that it exists, but also for the quality of the user-base here. Thanks to all the mods and to all who contribute here!
Damn droxford, you should know that post number pimping posts have been looked down and ridiculed since the beginning of the bbs. You're better than that! But anyways, congrats. You're one of my favorite posters and an equally nice guy the couple times I've met you in person. Lets hug it out.
Yeah, I know. Normally I don't. I didn't post it so much in a "look at me" context ... but more of a "it's our anniversary and I thought I'd tell you how much I love you" context... ... but not in a gay way.... .. not that there's anything wrong with that.
i'd like to take a moment to completely derail this thread. but the US Men's Hockey Team plays Kazakhstan later on today. ****ing awesome. not only are they not a real country, but even more hilarious from Da Ali G Show.
I tell ya... the next time Bloodsport is on, I'm gonna dvd record that sucker, capture a bazillion "Bolo" images, and use them here. I'll make an entire album for it on my photobucket account and give you access to it.
heh no doubt If I ever retire...very few would realize it until some of the out of towners started whining about no videos....cause I certainly wouldnt start a thread about it...or ask CLutch to delete my username.
LOL! Yah, I can't believe amfootball isn't around anymore, I very much enjoyed moe getting on her case everytime she posted anything...man I will miss that
