    Probably George's biggest influence along with Elvis Costello, Billy Joel and Brian Wilson. So, you pretty much hit it right on the money.

    I just picked it up from Cactus. Just off of one quick listen:
    Father's Day has always been my favorite - it really gets to me; She Calms My Nerves; Dancing All Alone; A Walk Through the Valley; and Suzanna are also really cool. After hearing y'all live and listening to Snacks, I'm still getting used to how the songs sound on this cd.

    Btw, I also picked up skyblue72's cd as well.

    I'll have to pick it up from the online outlet, unless I can get someone there to buy it at Cactus for me and ship it.

    I liked track 2 "Run.." the most of what I've heard thus far.

    the singer is not really to my tastes. but the actual music is really good.
