The biggest thing Yao has going against him is that Camby is the type of big man that is better suited to today's NBA game. A large majority of the teams in the NBA are guard oriented teams that play an uptempo game. Camby fits that style of play better than Yao does.

The whole "Yao gets double teamed" thing is a bit overrated though. Yao has been getting double and triple teamed since his rookie year, and yet our offense has always looked horrible when we run it through him. It looks ugly, disjointed, and forced. And this is not just this season, with these players. This all 4 seasons he's been in the league. When the time comes where Yao's double teams actually pay off on a consistent basis, I'll consider him the clear cut better player. Until then, I'm going to going to pretty much disregard it as an "advantage".

There has to be another question that comes before that one.

That question is, who would T-Mac rather play with, Yao or Camby?

I think T-Mac rather play for/with Yao for his explosive offense, while demanding double team and keep pressure of T-Mac on the perimeter.

Does this Ubigred ever have anything postive to say about anything? Its always Yao this, Yao that, team this, team that....
