Strange reasons to stop seeing someone.

    This is kind of a Seinfeld spinoff thread. What are some strange reasons that you stopped seeing somebody?

    "She had man-hands."

    "She was too nice."

    "She had the jimmy leg."

    Just curious if anybody else stopped seeing someone for an odd reason. Recently, I've stopped seeing someone because..

    1) "She was a bad movie watcher." - It was my second time going out with this person when she revealed to me that Soul Plane was the best movie she's seen this year. I can't respect anybody who would say something like that.

    2) "She was a heavy binge drinker." - We went out and she was able to drink more than I could. Anyone who can drink more than me has issues. I can drink a **** load.



    These are more for people that you are just beginning to date. I doubt anybody would break off a series relationship with someone because of a trivial issue.

    Oh, yes. I hear you on that one. This happened to me my first year in college. The problem was it was the first one I have ever seen so I thought that was the normal aroma.

    I stopped seeing this girl a couple of years ago because the had the most annoying Alabama accent. Like at the begining it was kinda sexy, but after a couple of weeks I couldn't stand it, and kicked her Forrest Gump sounding a** to the curb.

    A different version that could have the same title. I went out with a girl once and we went to see a fairly intense movie. Problem was, she kept flapping her gums through the entire thing. I can't stand it when people talk in the theater, so I knew that it would never work out.

    Plus I found out later in the evening that she was a lying b****, so that sealed the deal. :)

    A couple of years ago, I stopped seeing a woman I had been dating for two months after witnessing her snort 1.5 grams of cocaine on her own in 12 hours. I'm not a teetotaller by any means, nor am I a wannabe narc, but I just cannot be around cocaine anymore, nor can I be around those who abuse it.

    Many people would, but many others wouldn't, I suppose. Some people can handle that kind of thing. I can't.

    Totally agree.

    I'm dating a girl right now and she does pretty much everything right. My only complaint, and I seriously mean my only complaint, is that she wants to move much quicker than I do and has invested much more than I care to at this point. I'm not saying that we couldnt have a future together or that I dont care for her, I'm just not even remotely close to wanting to settle down again or whatever. I've told her that I want to take my time and that I'm not ready to start planning a life together. Far from it actually. The problem is she is so damn good to me that I dont want to hurt her feelings. Nor do I want her to go away, I just want her to lay the **** off. Oh well.

    Back in my much younger and much, much more immature days, I broke up with a girl because she had cankles.

    Another time, I broke up with a girl after we went to the beach and her skin was very pale, and I could see the hint of purplish veins on her breasts. They were big and veiny, that's all I remember.

    I'm a much better person these days. Nowadays, I don't do the breaking up anymore, I just ignore them until they break up with me.
