Wright declares for NBA Draft

    Texas A&M junior Antoine Wright declared for the NBA Draft on Tuesday, but the Aggies’ leading scorer will not hire an agent, leaving himself the option to return to A&M.

    “I hope the fans support my decision,” Wright said. “If I can’t be a high pick, I’ll be back next year. If I am a high pick, I’ll be living a lifelong dream.”

    It was awesome watching him help turn around the program this year. I hope he has great success in the nba, but I also hold out hope the he might come back (ya right). Good luck to him.

    Wright is going to be a good pro, his game is alot like Rashard Lewis, I'd take him with the 24th pick.

    I enjoyed watching him the pass 3 years here in College Station. He was awesome as a freshman, struggled alittle as a sophmore, and rebounded back to have a great junior year under Billy Gillispie. I hope he returns for his senior year at A&M so they can make the Big Dance, but I'd wouldn't mind seeing him in a Rocket uniform either. Antoine WILL have a solid NBA career.

    I agree with Hakeem06, he won't be there for us to choose, but it would be nice.
