    It's MPAA and RIAA going against not just StreamCast and Grokster, but Intel, Apple, and other major players in the tech circle... not to mention the involvement of the "beloved" Mark Cuban in supporting his tech buddies...

    C'mon man, shouldn't the Betamax trials have everything settled already? MPAA and RIAA will no doubt lose again when the lawsuit heads to Washington...

    It's probably a smart thing to do: Lose the law suit... Wait a few years...create a new lawsuit with a different spin.... do it all over again....

    .. eventually, if they win one time, it'll be monumental in their favor. I hope that never happens.

    The MPIAA and RIAA should burn. Their power has gottten WAY out of control.

    Or even better: lose the lawsuit, pay some politicians to change the law, then sue again...
