..Today, at school, I was standing in the lunch line, when this dirty girl walks up and starts talking to some kids a few people ahead of me. I looked at her, because I thought she was cutting, when I caught a glimpse of her shirt. It read, "Girls kick butt." I wanted to laugh so bad, but everyone would have thought I was crazy. It was great. What are some other random things that remind you of this BBS?
I find myself telling people all the time about current events. When they ask how I seem to know so much about so many random this.....I have to say "The Rockets Forum".
Sometimes, when I talk to someone about something that I've already discussed on the BBS, I'll say to them exactly what I posted. When I do this, it sounds almost like I'm reading it out of a book, but I'm not. It freaks people out. -- droxford
When I attend Rockets games and see random geeks walking around and I wonder to myself, "Hmmm, BBS member?"
I used to see this truck that had a lunar landscape and the '96-03 Rockets logo painted on the tailgate. I always figured he HAD to post or at least lurk here.
same here...i know about all these random events - many things to do with the penis (on the arm, chopped off, guy cuts off balls over bet, etc) and i also show some videos to friends (pizza fight, highschool b-ball clips)...they all wonder what the hell i'm doing with this BBS as my homepage.
