    I voted Emeka only because he is a bit bigger than Brand, otherwise these guys are very similar. I think that Brand is a better scorer than Emeka right now, but Okafor seems like the type of guy who will average like 17 and 11 for a career while playing really good D.

    very comparable players

    i think Okafor ...he just seems to be much more of a factor on D and on the boards, even though the stats dont necessarily prove anything

    Okafor has a superior body, and will play more. He's pretty darn smart, too. Brand has the injury bug, and don't discount the Duke jinx.

    What I was about to say. Brand is stuck as a Clipper, which will significantly hamper his career and his legacy. Okafor has a chance at playing for a decent organization.

    okafor has been amazing everytime i see him, i think hell be more than great and an all star next season due to the weak forward depth of the eastern conf

    I'd go with Okafor because he's more athletic and taller with long arms. Also, I don't think Okafor really developed his game until he reached Uconn, so I think he has a much larger upside.

    Okafor's stuck on the Bobcats!!

    The EXPANSION Bobcats!

    I really don't think Charlotte's management is so good that they'll be in the playoffs within the next 4-5 years.

    Too soon to tell, anyhow, but Okafor's size gives him an edge.
