No excuse in this one. The Bulls suck and they don't have much to play for at this point. We just need Ime to not be a dumbass by going to his all wings lineup at critical stretches of the game.
The path is easier theoretically with Florida (#1 seed) getting ran 1st weekend, but we gotta capitalize... and something always seems to happen to stumble Houston Sports.
On a serious note, did anyone else notice that Ime refused to let Reed be introduced with the starters last game. He only had the other four players introduced and trot out. This was all to cater to Tari’s ego in not upsetting him by having Reed announced with the starters. He also pulled Reed and brought Tari in almost immediately after the last two starts. Ime needs to quit being such a weak coach….this is not what we thought we were getting. Soon, he’ll earn the nickname “Silas 2”.
I can still get the game on League Pass. Reed was indeed introduced with the starters. This can be verified in seconds by anyone who has League Pass and cares to check.
Reed hasn’t done that any time he’s started… he always just waits in the line to smack their hands… it’s probably a process/superstition thing. they still called his name with the starters though I blame Ime for lots of things.. this ain’t one of them.
I have to laugh sometimes right? Do I think Ime is a stubborn, cocky, and sometimes completely oblivious coach? Yes. Do I think he hates Reed? No more than I think he hates anyone else who has been on his teams not named Fred Van Vleet And I’m probably the biggest Reed fan on here not named DD
