Just saw the replay of the whole game last night. All I can say is damn, damn, damn. Congrats to the Slim Reaper!
Since the All-Star break, Houston has outscored opponents by 40 points with Sheppard, Thompson and Durant sharing the floor
A terrific collection of goodness, J.R.! After watching, and listening, to all that, it’s clear that Sengun was the first to know it was good. Not that it matters! What a game. I agree with Craig that it’s the best game of the season (so far).
Rewatching the game and KD blew two end of clock shots one in the first quarter that Amen tipped back to Reed for him to make a buzzer beating floater and then the one at the end. I’m excited to have Reed/Amen/KD on the floor together. I’m also curious on the best three-four- and five man lineups in the last four games and if it has changed exponentially since earlier in the year. It definitely feels like Reed/Sengun and Reed/Amen combos having increased reps has helped all of them improve chemistry since the all star break and more recently.
