    He looks a lot better when we're not trying to play him as a guard. I hope that experiment is at an end. We need more Holiday and Okogie, and Amen should be taking minutes from Tari and DFS, not them.

    His career stats are low because he couldn’t get playing time his rookie year or starting time his sophomore year until an injury forced our coach to play him.

    He is still a guard aka SG. He is gonna be the SG till KD leaves or retires.

    He stagnated most of the season but ever since Feb he has picked it up a notch.

    The issues remain he still cant shoot and gets guarded by the opponent center but now he is a lot more active and aggressive cutting, driving, and on the boards instead of camping at the 3 pt line even if everybody knows he cant shoot.

    Honestly I would still take Scoot right now as a buy-low guy if Portland wants to part with him for a FRP :p In addition to Amen, not instead of.

    Yeah I know haha. I was one of the people who thought it might be a good idea to move up, although I did also like Amen a lot before the draft. I was wrong, Amen is way better than Scoot and probably always will be.

    Amen is a championship caliber player when he has 2 offensive threats ahead of him in the pecking order. He can break games with just floating around and accumulating everything within the flow of the offense.

    I still have some level of belief in Scoot putting it all together if he can get and stay healthy, he's had a lot of injury issues. I'd say 98% chance Amen has the better career at this point.
