Gave away a full month of tickets during Ramadan thinking it’d be enough time to reset from the product they’ve been putting on the court… turns out, not even close. Here are some of the pictures. I always want to post pictures from my seats, but from uploading and posting them, I get lazy LOL. Enjoy! Held onto this one though—got to watch a great game featuring the best player in the league, #77, and the legend LB23. Came in hoping for a Rockets win, but if I’m being honest, the confidence just wasn’t there. Before I drop the pics from my CS seats, here’s my two cents: Ime is looking like a bottom-five coach right now, and it shows every game. Not on the hot seat yet, but it’s definitely warming up. Tari Eason isn’t worth a nine-figure deal—even in today’s NBA market. The Rockets may have dodged a bullet with him betting on himself, because his value has taken a noticeable hit. Losing FVV and Adams has completely derailed this team. No other way to say it. Not picking up a PG at the deadline sealed our fate. This team has no true ball handlers—first-round exit written all over it as things stand. The Durant move felt low-risk, high-reward, but it’s looking shaky. Maybe he’s got one solid year left before calling it or moving on. Could’ve been a mistake trading JG, and maybe even on KD’s end for coming here. At least we still have draft capital and young assets. Don’t max Thompson. He’s shown flashes, no doubt—but without a consistent jumper, he’s just not there yet. Close, but not max-level. Jabari’s been hooping. Every time I start to doubt him, he steps up and reminds you why he’s got potential. Solid stretch lately. Bottom line: this roster just doesn’t fit. Coaching is questionable. Alpie plays soft. As constructed, this team isn’t going anywhere. At this point, might be time to turn our attention to the Texans… Hope I’m wrong.
Nice pics.. Just missing the Alpy Almighty God gesture wanting the foul called pic.. I agree with everything you said tho.. Spot on IMO
Adams and FVV were not changing this teams final outcome. Are times serious that bad now this a legit narrative? This team was never an actual championship contender. No GM on earth looked at Adams and FVV in their primes and said hey these guys right here are the keys.
You're not wrong about the Rockets. Probably wrong about turning attention to one of the most losery franchises in modern American sports.
My take would be that FVV and Adams being healthy would have taken us from "non-contender" to "fringe contender". They are meaningful, important rotation players, but not stars. There is no amount of "better injury luck" that would have made this team a championship favorite up there with OKC. But I guess we might have had a long shot chance at a very lucky playoff run or something. As-is... we're pretty screwed Cool pictures btw
