Really like this pick up, Nick got 2 linemen for what Titus got.....................BDN comes through. Now, about that center upgrade
There we go! That's the kind of OL I was looking for, not some Gucci wearing prima-donna. Hopefully, he stays healthy next year because we need him.
Great. I feel much better about these OL signings than the handful we signed last year. Obviously, health and poor offensive game-planning can still create problems on the offensive side of the ball (or CJ just completely losing his mind like he did in the playoffs this year), but we should be working with a much more solid base for run games and protection. Assuming our defense stays dominant, I expect Montgomery and Woody Marks to really eat this season. I think this team is totally going to try and follow the Seahawks blueprint. And it's totally doable, assuming CJ buys in. We will see.
am i correct in saying that Braden Smith + Teller combined are costing less than Tytus Howard's $21M a yr contract? EDIT: confirmed
I hope he performs better than he did last season. Google AI: "Unfortunately for Teller, inconsistency and durability were issues during his time with the Browns. This past year, he recorded a 62.2 overall PFF grade for the 2025 season, which was his lowest-graded performance since 2019."
