If it's the same foot he had surgery on last year and has cost him many games I'd now stay away, far away, in the early rounds. Really sucks for him, he's a hell of a talent.
Lane Johnson, Trent Williams, Creed Humphrey. Orlando Brown jr. That’s just like this most recent era.
I think my mock draft right now. I’m pretty sure they sign Teller at G or have another deal coming. Kirk or Barnett would be excellent depth, even Berrios. 1.28 McDonald, DT 2.38 Abney II, CB 2.59 J. Price, HB 3.69 Lew or Hecht, C 4.102 Endries, TE RD 5 Picks - Best IoL & Slot WR 6/7 Best ST QB Stroud, Mills HB/FB Price, Montgomery, Marks, J. Jordan, B. Brooks TE Schultz, Stover, Endries WR Collins, Higgins, Noel, Hutchinson, Rd 5 pick, Dell or Watson OL Ersery, FA/Trade IoL, Lew/Hecht, B. Smith, Fisher, Engram, RD 5 Pick, Andrews/Patterson, Kingston DE Anderson, Hunter, Horton, D. Barber DT McDonald, Rankins, Hall, Togai, N. Jones LB Al-Shaair, To’oTo’o, Speed, Hummel, Hansen CB Stingley, Lassitier, Abney, J. Smith, Best ST CB FS/SS Bullock, Pitre, Blankenship, Reed, Stewart, Best ST DB/LB
Currently my hopes for the draft: 1.28 - Peter Woods: 3T, Clemson 2.38 - Emmanuel Pregnon: LG, Oregon 2.59 - Gennings Dunker: OL, Iowa 3.69 - Sam Roush: TE, Stanford 4.106 - Michael Trigg: TE, Baylor 5.167 - Tyren Montgomery: WR, Casserio U 7.243 - Nick Barrett: NT, South Carolina
- IOL, S, TE, LB are the strengths of this class - Avieon Terrell could be the first CB drafted, and that wouldn't be a mistake - Carnell Tate, Makai Lemon 40 times shouldn't impact their stock - Malachi Lawrence is worth a 1st rd pick
I want Anthony Hill Jr. as a Texan. I'd look to see hiim immediately start in Henry's place. I was originally hoping for either he or a starter at the other safety spot (because we are so freaking good at DB scouting) but we negated that potential with the signing of the other half of the exciting whites. To me: Anthony Hill Jr. would be a phenomenal upgrade for To'. Moving To' to quality depth and creative type packages. Few in the draft would upgrade what was already a generational defense last year (our only failure was not having one of them also play qb1). I think AHJ fits the bill and would be an incredible addition on a defense that would admittedly be difficult for a rookie to impact. I think AHJ could be this year's Lassiter and i'd work to get him at or around 38, hopefully picking up some draft capital trading out of the first round, doing BDN things. He's a great kid and a phenomenal player. The last time I liked a Longhorn Linebacker this much was DJ. I had to watch him kick behind in freaking Kansas City. I don't want to watch AHJ star somewhere else.
