Listen, the guy has been placed into positions of power that he didn't earn... BUT, that doesn't mean he can't be a solid executive. He undoubtedly deals with (quiet) jealousy and resentment a lot... so humility must be practiced to build relationships... but the cumulative effect of his roles and board seats will lead to massive learning opportunities which will stack over time. So while he did not earn his seat at the table by working his way up the ladder... and his "struggle" has been minimal... he could still turn into a very solid leader over time. Seen it happen many times with family businesses. The hardest part is the senior executives coworkers who did claw their way into their seat having to endure the 'next generation' when they are in the 20's and 30's... Being a successful, experienced business executive and having to respond to orders from a lucky sperm club 20-something is very hard to endure. GOOD DAY
