    Blue color workers, and the "redneck rich" are our best clients. Skilled tradesmen are great at adopting new techniques - and their businesses are prime candidates for business transformation.

    I'm now a maintainer for OpenClaw, if anyone needs help with it. It has been transformative for me and my workflows the last eight weeks, literally 10x'd my output (not hyperbole, actual tracked metrics).

    Facts.

    Glad I can swing a hammer and run a data network. It may not pay as well but it saves me money when I have time and gives me a sense of accomplishment.

    I hate to see anyone lose their jobs, but if AI should totally replace anything, it should be customer service call centers. All the human reps are trained to talk like robots and read from a script anyway, so why not just go all in.

    Waiting on hold to ask a simple question is so 1995...

    For your heavy haul trucking customers, they use AI for

    * Pulling permits
    * Trip planning
    * Arranging pilot - escort vehicles

    or something else?

    I can’t think of anything that AI could regurgitate that an easily navigable webpage couldn’t handle. But I’m all for replacing foreign call centers that can’t make decisions and have to escalate any special requests to a US based rep.

    If they give AI the power to issue refunds, credits, reissue orders, etc, some smart and unscrupulous people are going to figure out a way to hack and take advantage of that.

    100%.

    Today I just needed to update my email address. Couldn't log into the site because they had the wrong email address. Had to wait on hold for 25 minutes. Once I got someone, it literally took 2 minutes. AI could have totally done that.

    This reminds me... I need to chat with SiriusXM's AI about lowering my monthly payment down under $10 again. My previous begging's result lasted a year and they jacked the price back up over $20.

    Very interesting. Is this in a corporate setting or your own business? How bad was the security portion of the setup and configuration of limits so you don’t burn credits?

    What underlying llm are you using for it? Given that Claude turned off their integration.
