100% After 6 years on the job I'm ready for someone new. He's taken too many bad bets over the years, and I think the only success he had came from hiring Ime 2 years ago. He tanked and the whole point of a tank is to find your future franchise superstar. I think it's safe to say he failed to do that. We have a young core of role players/specialists that can be a piece on a championship team, but no one you would call a franchise superstar and build around.
