It was a joke, but I think they could get a non-lottery pick for him in 2026. My point is we are not winning anything with or without him if Ime is our head coach. It turned out to be a bad trade that was based on the belief that we were a closer away from being championship competitors. I would rather trade Durant than Sengun, Amen, or multiple draft picks. Durant is playing unreal basketball for 40 minutes a game on both offense and defense and still have really no reasonable chance to win a championship and probably won’t get out of the first round. The odds of another year older Durant after playing in the world championships putting on the same show next year is not good.
Well, it is a privilege to watch a future Hall of Famer play, BUT I am surprised he is still on the court. I thought he would be injured by now. Grateful he is still healthy. I was initially not for the trade because of his age.
I wasn't happy with it when it occurred. I talked myself into it. Now I'm right back to being unhappy with it. For all of Jalen's flaws, the team had good vibes when he and Dillon were here. And the team played like a bunch of dawgs. Now something feels very off and we have to celebrate when they beat a tanking wizards team by 5 points.
haha changes every week. Maluach tho is pretty ass. I think if the Rockets would have kept the pick, they would have picked Carter from the Spurs. Supposedly they liked him.
