Why is Trump covering up the Epstein files while protecting pedophiles?

Five Republicans joined Democrats, in th House Oversight Committee, to support the subpoena proposed by GOP Rep. Nancy Mace of SC to take sworn testimony from Pam Bondi about how her Justice Department has handled the Jeffrey Epstein investigation.

The consensus among lawmakers from both parties was that Bondi had been defiant, in her testimony to the House Judiciary Committe
headed by Comer, evasive and disrespectful toward the victims of Epstein’s abuse.

“She was asked the tough questions. She discussed the Dow and how high the stock market was doing,” Mace said
after Bondi’s testimony on Feb. 12. “It’s shameful.”

Should Bondi refuse to appear, she could be held in contempt of Congress.

But for now, Trump is faced with the failure of Bondi to make this issue go away. He’s backed her so far, but how much longer
will he continue to do so as Bondi faces a return engagement with a skeptical Congress?

 

He wasn't responding to basso, but this process is pretty clearly what has happened to him. Years ago basso's level of intellectual dishonesty was profound. Now it appears that his mind has really deteriorated to a shocking degree.

The sick and sad part is that those young girls who endured the abuse and trauma of being groomed and used by Epstein and Maxwell, and raped are still being traumatized. You had all those rich pompous men like Trump who did this stuff, and got away with it because their participation can't be verified by evidence, and they covered for each other.

The victims who finally decided to come forward were minors then, and their only "evidence" is their story. It's exactly why so many pedos get away with raping hundreds of kids before they ever actually get convicted if they finally get caught with evidence. It's even harder when it's a circle of pedos have lots and lots of power, money, and connections. Those types know just what it takes to get away with sexually abusing minors. Threats, and retribution for ever coming forward can make any kid scared to do so. It's why so many children endure being raped by their father for years, and are too afraid to tell anyone.

So, when I hear someone like Trump scoff at the accusations, and the DOJ say it can't be substantiated, I don't believe for a second that means it didn't happen. Men like that pay off families when they do get caught, just to keep them quiet, and stay out of prison.

 

Trump is being punished and his black mail is being released.

 

Just a reminder of how dishonest liberals, like @astros123 are. They simply are not credible -- lie after lie after lie. Smart people have learned to never trust the American liberal.

The accusations were not credible, the FBI marked them unverifiable, and no charges were brought. If this is the best you can do for evidence of Trump wrongdoing, then Trump is clean clean clean. You lose again amigo!
