    well... sure... u dont bring in KD if u dont have a starting pg... i just wish they had done something at the deadline and not just elected to kick the can... wasn't looking to mortgage the future - but maybe a stopgap for this year...

    I love Fred, but let's be honest. Even with Fred this isn't a championship team. This team is going as far as the young core will take us, and I'm still not convinced that any of Stone's draft picks thus far are franchise cornerstones.

    If Fred was a single point of failure for one of the biggest trades the Rockets have made in team history, why wouldn’t you have a viable backup plan? I’m sorry. Fred missed 22 games last season and had one of his worst seasons. You can’t bet the farm on Fred without a viable backup plan. But I get why the front office wants to escape accountability.

    Jalen Green was the best player on the team. He was just used wrongly. We gave up on him too soon.
