Leave it to me to ask travel questions. Don't ask me why, but I've just decided to spend this Christmas and New Year in Paris and Rome. The problem is, I have no idea about the places and time is urgent. To those folk in the know, I have a couple questions: * What's the best way/place to spend Christmas and New Year in Paris and Rome? *How the **** do I find cheap hotels in these two cities. They are sooo expensive, especially for Rome. Is there a good website for booking European hotels? *How long do I need to stay at each place to get a good taste of the city?
