    I like how everywhere on social media you see people hyping up this big & tall lineup. If opening night goes horrendously wrong and we get blown out, I wonder what the reaction will be. :rolleyes:

    JDub is out due to injury if we still lose it'll be hard to see us as title contenders.

    OKC is even thinner at pg than the Rockets, apart from SGA and JDub they only have the rookie Nikola Topic who can make plays. Cason Wallace, Alex Caruso. Ajay Williams these are more 3nD guys.

    Vegas has us as massive 7.5 underdogs even with Jalen Williams out. I think because of the excitement of OKC getting their Championship Rings at home + Rockets playing a brand new lineup and not developing chemistry yet. I don't think you can judge us as title contenders or not based on the first game of the season.

    If we lose, there should be no huge reaction. We are 7.5pt dogs tomorrow night against the defending champs. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Just stay the course no matter how rocky tomorrow night looks.

    As always, I think it's more important to see how we look vs the results. If they look like complete dog **** (I doubt this happens) that won't be very encouraging.

    But either way you're right...long season and lots of new stuff going on so it could take a while for things to gel.
