    it is that time of year, where we die hard fans take a look at our team and say hmmmmm I think we are gonna win X amount of games.


    So, what is your X.....are you in the 40s, 50s, 60s......?????

    How many regular season games are they going to win?

    Let's get your prediction down and in writing.

    I will start......I think this is a SPECIAL year - and we are going to approach our all time record for wins.

    So, I believe the Rox will win 66 games this season - if there are no major injuries.

    What do you think?

    If KD plays 70 games, the minimum win total is 60.

    If DFS returns healthy and regains form, they will have more blowout wins than any team in the NBA except for maybe OKC. They have scoring, rebounding, physicality, a great mix of younger and veteran players and depth that will overwhelm many teams.

    My one concern is they must recapture their nasty defensive edge. 140-127 is a win but I'd prefer 130-99 against weak sister teams. Giving up 100+ points in 3 quarters hopefully doesn't ever happen. (Yes, I know it's just preseason).

    The end goal is not 70 reg season games, end game are those few Playoff games.

    But you are not wrong that Udoka now would not rest Durant unless there is a nagging injury .....not with FVV out.

    Healthy Amen and Sengün would guarantee a lot of won games, close games, ......health again.

    I'll take a rain check, I haven't seen enough yet to feel confident in any prediction. Losing FVV could hurt a lot, but if Sengun can keep playing like this, maybe not?

    The Euro competition would make Sengün better but it also would make him exhausted as hell.....

    No way 1-2 months of National team camp plus tournament would just go by without any signs on his body.

    Basically on those road trips and in snowy December and January.

    Beat OKC in 7 game at the Western conference finals.

    Win the NBA title in 5 games. East looks extremely weak as of right now.

    I am looking at 57-25 and that includes Durant missing 15-20 games. The young core keeps improving. The Rockets could get 3 in the all-star game... Durant, Sengun, and Amen.
