    well we know KD would’ve never attempted a heave without this change coming into effect

    all those shot attempts, and this mad hadn’t attempted a single heave since 2018 and only has 7 for his career

    To be fair though the vast majority of the time its a waste of energy because it doesn't have a chance. I can't really criticise somebody for only shooting good shots, it's probably why he's shot over 50% for the last 13 seasons despite being mostly a perimeter player.
