He ran into a few sacks today and really didn't make the proper adjustments at the LOS that should've been made. He said this himself in a postgame interview. Hopefully he will improve in these areas. He probably will look a lot better with more experience and playing against lesser defenses.

 

He showed up in the playoffs the which is what gives me hope that year 1 is the true Stroud. Wish hed had come out balling like Daniels did tho

 

That third sack was all on CJ, he should have stepped up but ran backwards. CJ looks like he should, his O Line is still not that good and he`s trying to make something out of nothing......with time he is awesome, but he rarely has time. Total over reaction Monday but dam, this O Line is just a tad better than last year. IMO, not putting more emphasis on the O Line will be our downfall this year and then we have to pay CJ which will hamper putting a solid team in front of him................trying not to get to down by yesterday but we were out coached and out played

 

the commanders beat one winning team last year I think and that was with hurts injured and they had the best 4th down offense of all time; it was fluky

I do miss that "ball placement specialist" from his rookie year. The catches too...ahhh good times

After 4 games if things dont change we all will realize Stroud is actually trash.

 

the guy is working with a new OC, an awful o line, 2 rookie WRs, and his starting RB and slot wr out lol

 

After 4 games we can trade him to the Browns for 3 first round draft picks.

 

This will be the excuse we use all year when last years Stroud is actually who he is.

 

well last year he had a bad oc who wouldn't let him change the protections, a bad o line, wrs dropping like flies, and had a pressure rate that was equivalent to what mahomes saw in the super bowl
