    This is typical Tomjanovich player-motivation -- the same amateur psychology that inspired a Vernon Maxwell (veteran), ridiculous praise that lead to out-of-control players/ego (Francis, Mobley), and un-due expectations causing players to question themselves when confronted with the reality of competition at the NBA level (Nachbar).
