    I think the big contract with Fox Sports Net was probably contingent on this extension. Maybe there is a clause also for having Yao on the team past his rookie contract.

    i was just about to say i thought we had worked out over the summer the most he could get was 3 yr/63M and it looks like KRIV is saying it as well according to the last post so that should make it official.
