Yeah off the bat I was hoping he'd beat it and expecting a bang bang play. Instead he was out by a step and a half.

 

Because the Astros as a whole really suck at telling balls from strikes.

 

I might’ve been wrong about Pena. I thought he’d peaked as a rookie but he looks like a BAMF.

 

Really would have liked to see Yordan Pinch hit for Rodgers in the 5th. That was likely the game situation and there likely won’t be another AB even close to as important as that one.

 

His expected numbers are still better than his actual numbers and his actual numbers are very good.

Walker batting 5th - .345/.387, 3 HRs, 7 RBIs, 29 ABs

He should never bat 4th again even with Yordan out.

Don't like the Diaz ph either. If you're going to ph there do it with the best hitter on your bench in Yordan. Diaz still looks like a struggling, free swinging hitter a lot of the time.
