    You know I had a revelation this morning - nu metal (a lot of it at least) can really be also called alternative metal.

    So I have listened to some hair metal and nu metal in the last couple of days. The hair metal is good, especially the Bon Jovi album “New Jersey” but some of these nu metal albums I have listened to are really good in Deftones, Korn, and Slipknot. Linkin Park is ok but “A Thousand Suns” and “Living Things” are not metal albums.
