Jalen came from the G league. He was too dumb to get into college.

 

He spent the year before joining the Rockets there (G League Ignite).

I agree. He and Cam should have been down there together.

 

But Jalen wasn't assigned to the RGV

 

Now theres still time for him to come back this season if he plays well. I just hope he's not too shaken up.

 

I can't think of a single player in BBS history who people so badly wanted to be in the G league.

Correct, they needed him playing like ass to help the tank, and he did a good job making the Rockets the worst in the league.

Things are different now.

 

Imagine calling Ime incompetent for refusing to play reed when he has shown nothing that merits playing mins.

hopefully he learns how to b an nba player down in the g league and contribute to our team when he gets called back up cause man just straight up sucks right now.

It speaks volume when a 3rd pick gets assigned to the gleague

Thought they should've done this a month ago but in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal to be a bit late.

If nothing else, Reed needs to get his shooting in order. Even if he cant do much else this year, he needs to at least be shooting 35+% on 3s in a backup SG role.

 

It might help him, or do nothing. Either way, at least he gets some playing time down there.

Writing was on the wall, but also just not a huge deal.


When Reed wasn't playing significant minutes, and I see the Reed thread keeps getting bumped, I was wondering: 'what on earth could people be talking about, there wasn't much new Reed basketball since he didn't play much.' Then I go in the thread and people were just arguing.

At least with RGV, there will be actual hoop play to analyze.
