Just saying if your wonder why, Sengun had 18 pts on 14 shots to go with 18 boards

Jalen had 19 pts on 20 shots.

I won’t be a hack though, Senguns turnovers hurt us tonight. In general Sengun has a good assist to turnover ratio though. Jalen’s inefficient scoring is a chronic problem across all of his seasons.

The thought of general opinions and criticisms about our players go deeper than their performances is bizarre.

 

and if you actually watched the game - outside of the last 3 3s he took in 4th , they were good shots either at rim or midrange (foul line) - he can eliminate the step back 3 which it looks like he’s slowly removing from his game

 

If he can start consistently scoring efficiently the criticisms will go away.

20 shots + 7 FTA’s to get 19 points is pretty bad.

It’s not a game by game thing, it’s his entire career with us so far
