    For many airports, it is very new. Tampa has been doing it around 2 months or so. They have a new system in place where they see your boarding information when you present your ID.

    We have blackout periods where we can't deploy software. I don't know why an airline would deploy software to production on Christmas Eve - and no easy rollback. SMH

    You know how it goes. 'Emergency' patch, some idiot was testing in prod or Windows auto-update that was somehow turned on that broke the software.
