    Randy discovered something important that I hope more people can digest: being in great shape and taking care of yourself doesn't keep you from getting cancer. It just helps you possibly survive it when you get that bad coin flip from the universe, which half of Americans will (give or take).

    I've got a recurring flakey skin patch on my face...so I'm making an appointment with the dermatologist to get it looked at and I guess burned/cut/frozen/whater'd off. This is a first for me...next spring will be the initial 50 y.o. cornhole checkout, really looking forward to that.

    I've done that exactly once. The loopy drugs for the procedure itself are pretty great. The garbage you have to drink the day before, not so much.
