    ime had 2 future head coaches on his team in boston. He's a culture guy clearly not an x's and o's guy. he needs a offensive coordinator desperately.

    i wonder if they can hire one mid season.

    Ime doesn't strike me as a guy who wants guys who are deemed smarter than him. Did he hire his staff in Boston or did he inherit Brad's staff? Ime seems like the type of guy who wants yes men around him. I mean, look at the sideline, I don't even see anyone on his staff ever get up and direct stuff like other staffs. Do they even have that ability or power?
