We ruined Stroud

 

You absolutely cannot take a ****ing sack there. Ridiculous.

 

hopefully this is the bad half.

 

No synergy or awareness among the IOL. They bury their facemask into the defender and never keep their eyes open or pass off defenders on twists.

Well Dell was wide open.

 

That's not on the O line, the Colts called an agressvie blitz just like everyone knew they would....and either the O coordinator called for a deep pass, or Stroud made the decision to go for a deep pass. Either way, it's just the dumbest possible football right now.

So we are moving down the field with dink and dunk and then Slovak goes back to long routes and Stroud hangs onto the ball way too long. We were supposed to be run heavy today, so Slovak tries to get cute as usual. He is a terrible OC.

 

I can’t really blame him for that. He’s under pressure 70.4% of dropbacks right now. This is the story of the game on the offensive side of the ball.

 

He played better as a rookie.

 

This team needs a veteran C

Stroud looks bad

 

Stroud is completely out of sorts right now on top of the terrible protection.

Almost want to bench him to keep him safe so we don't break him, try again next year hopefully with actual NFL pass protection.
