    5 game series…3 game series…we play 162 games to decide who is best by a 3 game or 5 game series….wild.

    Reminder that in the 3 game series the Tigers played before they eliminated the ****ing Houston Astros, they lost 2 of 3 to arguably the worst team of all time.

    This is why I’ll never understand the whole “our team just doesn’t care” bullshit after losing a 3 game series. I’m not telling you how to fan, but if you pull that **** out after a 3 game series then you just don’t know baseball. That’s fine with me, but just know that I know you don’t know.

    When did I utter the words "we just don't care"? You're addressing somebody else.

    I'm just pointing out how unorthodox a path Hinch is navigating through, and quite successfully. It's easy to win a series when you have 3 or 4 very dependable starters (e.g., Astros, Phillies, Royals). To do it in this manner, that's just really incredible.
