Players around the league notice little things like sending players to a good fit and not backing out of his word or doing something solid for Diggs.

"Which GM or front office leader do you trust the most?"

Nick got 2 votes for this(out of 31 given), tied with Omar Khan and Adam Peters

"Who is the best overall GM?"

Nick got one vote out of the 31

We have to have another deep playoff run for Nick to start to get more love. We're still in recovery as far as our reputation is concerned, but I truly believe we're going to be up there with the great run franchises in 1-2 years.

That ND defense has some players Nick might like. Their RBs might also warrant a further look.

I’ll tell you who’s not getting a second look, 5* QB and former Cypress product Conner Weigman.

I think he got lucky that lovie smith won a meaningless game in a lost season and Caserio was forced to take CJ. Otherwise he takes Young and is probably unemployed today.

He also got lucky on the Watson Trade.

Lucky that Nico,Tank,Will,CJ,Stingley,Harris etc worked out as well.

    Such a lucky GM

He let our starting DT walk for a 7th rnd draft pick, so I thought for sure Nick was going to address the DT position in FA, he didn't!

Then I thought he would in the draft, he didn't! Surely, I thought he was going to wait until the Cut date and make a trade or pickup someone.....NOTHING!

IF INDY KILL US UP THE MIDDLE, THE SAME WAY THEY DID LAST YR.....WHO SHOULD WE BLAME??

Most of those guys were there before CJ. The team sucked.

Caserio was building the team and then getting his QB. Fortunately he didn't force a QB pick like the Steelers did with Pickett. Caserio has done a great job building a contender in 3 years. Think about this, the Browns have spent 25 years of failing to do what it took Caserio 3 years to do.

Did Caserio get lucky in drafting Stroud? Of course he did, but hard work and a little luck means you can be where the Texans are now rather than a team like the Browns.

You do realize that Fukasi is a better run stopping DT than any DT on last year's team?

Also if a guy like Jonathan Allen becomes available at the trade deadline Caserio will probably make a deal for him if the DT position is an issue.
