The "religion of peace", 2023-2024 edition

All religion including Islam is man-made.
But I am not denouncing them because I don’t think they’re evil.

 

I truly could care less about people’s beliefs beyond I don’t want to be worried that I am going to be gunned down for being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Vegas

 

Only been to Vegas once and I was surprised to see the droves of Asians around.

Apparently gambling/being lucky is a big deal in a lot of Asian cultures.

 

Every time I go to Vegas I swear I’ll never go back.

 

Vegas sucks.

Jesus is by far the most pacifist “special” character in the Abrahamic faiths.

I have zero love for fundamentalists of faith - and have no desire to live in a majority Muslim community in the USA. I have spent time in parts of Michigan and it’s oppressive… but I really have no desire to live in a small community that is Amish or fundamentalist Baptist either.

The next Muslim or Mormon or Jehovah’s Witness that smugly tells me I don’t know Christianity or Islam is getting a tongue lashing - they don’t even know their own religion.

 

Pick an Evangalical Christian Church, and *that's* the biggest money pit you can find

 

Cmon. The median Muslim is America are very modern and are not Islamists. Muslims as a whole in America are the highest educated and some of the wealthiest people in America. Muslims in Europe are a different story but for the most part most Americans here have adopted quickly.
