The projection is hilarious. The Rockets were already trying to dump Jalen last season, but no one wanted him. This is your last stand....the last season Jalen is under contract before the team moves on, enjoy the summer because the lies and excuses you guys have been pushing for 3 years won't keep the draft bust on the roster for much longer.

BTW, Evan Mobley is expected to get a max contract this summer....

Cade Cunningham is expected to get a max extension this summer.....

Scottie Barnes is expected to get a max extension this summer....

Jalen Green is unlikely to have ANY extension offer.

At this stage, the question Stone should be asking is "what can I get for Green + 3rd pick as the starting basis for a major trade".

However, Washington at #2 and Charlotte at #6 are possibilities for a Green centered trade.

 

He had just signed a $170M max extension prior to this ACL injury occurring that you posted. Do you really think the team had any other option than to hope he made a comeback? Teams do not come knocking on your door when you've given someone a max extension and they suffer a major injury. This is a ridiculous narrative you are pushing for, it does not apply to a player who would have positive value in the league. Not a relevant comparison being made.
