Brown needs to go down. Really thought he was going to be a stud.

 

He gets in good pitchers count and then starts throwing trash and non-competitive pitches. Every single time.

 

Watching Brown pitch is torture. I usually do other things in the half of the inning when he is pitching.

 

you're up on the pitcher's count on almost every batter..........

instead of pounding the zone, this dude try to get a swing and a miss outside the zone.

what kind of mentality is that?

 

He can’t put people away with a low pitch count.

Hunter Brown got lucky or whatever but at least we are still in the game. It was going downhill fast.

 

Miracle that the game is still winnable *as long as Brown doesn't come out in the 3rd

Could've been much worse.

Offense needs a longish inning and give Brown a breather.

Escaping only giving up 2 is a win I guess. He's still trash.

 

He gets ahead and then gets cute. It's infuriating for a guy with his stuff.

 

This leads me to believe it is our organizational philosphy rather than stuff, especially since Framber, Javier, and so far Arrighetti have similar issues.

The only two pitchers that attack are Verlander and Urquidy. I haven't seen enough from Ronel to form an opinion on him.

 

mariners pitcher isn't anything crazy.

they're just throwing strikes. astros just can't hit strike.
