I blame Hamas for the atrocities of 10/7, but not this.

And the IDF loosened their already loose rules of engagement, and now we have 34,000 dead Palestinians on top of 1,200 dead Israelis. And the IDF is no closer to achieving its war goal of dismantling Hamas or rescuing its citizens being held hostage.

Instead, we have a nearly destroyed Gaza that will take a decade plus to even clean up, tens of thousands dead Gazans, near famine conditions in Gaza. And the IDF is now stuck going into the last part of Gaza, Rafah.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2024/04/28/world/middleeast/rafah-israel-gaza-war.html

For Israel, analysts say, the Rafah calculus is complicated.

“Without going into Rafah, it seems like nothing has been accomplished,” said Nachman Shai, a former Israeli government minister and military spokesman.

After six months of war, Hamas’s leadership is still mostly intact, he said, even if the majority of its battalions have been dismantled or degraded.

A ground invasion of Rafah could have unpredictable results, however. It might pressure the Hamas leaders believed to be hiding there into releasing hostages, but it might also lead them to call off any deal, Mr. Shai said.

The IDF has recovered more Palestinian women's underwear than hostages. The Gaza conflict, precipitated by Hamas, has been about the political survival of Bibi and ultimately retribution against all of Gaza for the massacre on 10/7. The Hostages were never the priority.

This looks like what happens when you attack your neighboring country and ruthlessly kill and kidnap their citizens

I couldn’t tell who was the person saying this, or why. Here is an article about the incident:

    https://huntnewsnu.com/77835/encamp...y-pro-israel-counterprotester-in-provocation/

The video footage, originally posted on Xby Working Mass, a Democratic Socialists of America media outlet covering Massachusetts, reveals two Jewish students holding an Israeli flag shouted the “Kill the Jews” after pro-Palestine demonstrators conducted a “mic check” — a call and response technique used to focus attention on an organizer.

The two pro-Israel counter protesters then asked the pro-Palestinian demonstrators if they agreed, saying “anybody on board; anybody for that?” The crowd of pro-Palestine protesters immediately started shouting and booing over them.

“You just chanted for it,” the pro-Israel counter protesters can be heard saying.

Pro-Palestine protesters then conducted a call and response, encouraging demonstrators not to engage with the counter protesters.
