This guy is a "subLB" in Madden...LOL. He would be a perfect "box" safety that could cover RBs and TEs. Even help cover slot WRs.

Could carve out a career in coverage down...very fast LB and quick to the ball.

With the change in kick off rules, getting some guys that profile as good special teams guys isn’t the worst idea.

Folks complaining about this pick don’t realize just how much he will help vs RB leaking (which killed us last year) and TE’s we needed speed on D and him with Harris on passing downs should help a lot

Popularity vs reality. Reality=everything you explained. Popularity=his metrics and which round he was projected to be drafted in.

Similar measurables to Bell, the LB for Dallas.

He and Kamari look like fierce tacklers. I love that… always a way to give the team, D, crowd energy without necessarily relying on a turnover. Love it!

Could envision Hill working with Harris in 4-2-5 scheme as a guy who can cover the pass, rush or spy on QB. Love his foundation as a safety. We need LB depth.

He’s going to punch his ticket onto the team literally by being a head hunter in the special teams department. He’s super fast and he is expected to be a heat seeker, and obliterate the kick return specialist!

Even he knows that’s his way into the team, and in a perfect world he will grow into a NFL linebacker’s ideal body weight mass.

He’s not highly coveted in the Defensive sets yet, but there is raw potential.

I'm wondering if they have plans for this guy against mobile QBs like Lamar, AR or any others that might need a spy.
