While there are a few bright spots like Blanco and Pena, the bottom line is a disaster. Some peoples legacy is certainly in the broiling pan.
Didn't Bregman tinker with his swing in the off-season? I'm thinking he's forcing it and it's not working out. So, now he's going to try to go back to before the tinkering? Else, he may never hit a HR again!
I mean you can say that all you want, it doesn't make it true. I player that cared about baseball wouldn't be a complete non-factor the 1st month of every season of his career. Even still, I went and looked at his career splits, and he's really an average player except for 3 months. He is a HOF level player in August. He's not a clubhouse leader in the sense that Correa was and he looks way indifferent on and off the field way too much for a supposed baseball junkie.
Why do you care, in 6 months we will never have to worry about him again, though I hope it's earlier than that.
I am not going to let a rough April take away from the best sustained sporting excellence I have seen from a team I rooted for in my entire life. Bregman has been a big part of that- he has been only slightly below Altuve as a leader of the team for the entire run. It may be time to move on, but the bitterness towards him and the team is nuts.
Hahah you can say whatever you want and that also does not make it true. What a childish response. Ignore.
