They will probably give it to Maxey,
But it is good to see our best player to see in this list.

There's a really good chance Sengun could get it tho.

I thought one had to play 65 games to be eligible for awards?

He won’t. It’ll go to Maxey as they made the playoffs.

Pretty sure they will give it to Maxey, but Sengun would deserve it just as much.

I think Sengun deserves it more than both. Maxey had a 20 ppg season. He shot even better than this season. Everybody knew he was the real deal. Coby had a 15 ppg season again ppl knew he was talented, he could shoot from the perimeter but ppl were doubting Sengun. He improved defensively, added midrange in his bag, actually showed up in the big games and we finished with a better record than Bulls. Sengun proved doubters wrong unlike other the other two.

I expect Maxey to get it just because his team gets a lot more attention. But man I hope Sengun wins.

I think Maxey is like the 99% favorite to win this award but I really don't understand it, or maybe I should say I don't agree with it. We all knew Maxey was really good, I don't think we saw some crazy improvement this year. He's kinda the same player that we saw last year but with more usage because Embiid has been out. Maxey already had his breakout year. If Maxey is in the conversation then I dunno, why not Jalen Brunson?

I think the award should go to players who broke out and made huge leaps that maybe everyone didn't expect? Given that criteria my order is Coby White, Sengun, and Maxey as a distant third.

Coby went from nothing to something while looking like an NBA Jams character. That's enough for me.

Yup that’s the spirit of the award. Alpi and maxey had exactly the seasons everyone expected basically. White went from trash to good

    I expected Alpi's season. Most here didn't.

That has nothing to do with who improved their game most. It's not the same as MVP.

I'll disagree. The defensive jump in alpi, particularly for a 21 year old center who is projected to be a defensive liability, even claimed by some to be not playable, was totally unexpected and is pretty much harder to achieve than the offensive jump. I think making the jump both on offense and defense with the team getting 20 more wins is a very strong case for MIP.
