    Fajitas aren't such a big of a thing in New Mexico so I quit trying to find decent ones in town. I've found I prefer TexMex over MexMex and NewMex cuisine just because it's what I grew up with and good fajitas are one of the few things that draw me back to Texas a couple times a year.

    in New Mexico they live and die by "green or red" chile sauce on their enchiladas and breakfast burritos stand in place of breakfast tacos.

    They were running a special at one of my Irish locals of egg rolls with corned beef and cabbage inside. I won’t lie, they were disgustingly good.

    I’ve had the “Irish eggrolls” not really a fan. The ones I had were kind of soggy and bland.

    Although that gives me an idea for an alternate band name. “The Irish Eggrolls”:p
