I watched a lot of the Kings and Lakers game the last couple of weeks and it's obvious the league did everything in its power to push the Lakers out of the play-in bracket against the Warriors. Not saying the Kings didn't also wet the bed a few times but they couldn't overcome the leagues mandate to keep Lebron and Curry in the playoffs as long as possible.

Domatas Sabonis must be in on it because if he hadn’t made that incredibly stupid cross-court pass with less than a minute remaining giving a breakaway dunk to the Suns, the Kings would’ve finished at number 8. That one play changed everything.
