What a dumb mercenary sow. If she wasn't a cable news sock puppet, she'd angle for a corporate spot.

We talk about race in circles 24/7, and she had an opportunity to burn her minute to discuss it openly and move one small step towards real healing rather than peddle more grievance that picks at those scabs for views/attention.

 

CNN doesn't care what she says as long as she throws a jab at the former President. And somehow she fit it in. True pro.

He was personable, charming and seemed as easygoing off the field as he was formidable on it.

I am a middle-aged white guy, so I can't speak for any person of color, but 2 things....just to clarify, the tweet says "feels connected" when it should say "felt connected at that time" which would seem to be true by the one tweet you posted in another thread about the juror who said 90% of the jurors voted to acquit as payback from the racial profiling done by the LAPD and specifically Rodney King. LAPD was rotten to the core but I don't think any juror should have done that. IMO we still have racial issues and when one party welcomes white supremacists to the party, the tag will stick to the candidate, and the candidate himself doesn't do himself any favors by the rhetoric he has put out time and time again.

 

He was guilty. He killed two innocents. That lady is an idiot. We’ve done nothing but talk about race relations for the last 10 years, maybe longer. It’s time for white Americans to purge and punish the White Americans who are still racists. Shone a light and shun. It isn’t a ton. That being said it’s also also time for Black America to get over themselves and take more responsibility than they do.
